Key Responsibilities Develop and support Service Now integrations. Customize the Service Now platform to meet business needs. Utilize Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes. Support Service Now workflow automation. Provide thought leadership with a focus on simplifying processes and technology usage.
Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Service Now platform and integration development. ITOM background. CIS-Discovery certification.
Experience with Integration Hub Connectors/Spokes. Familiarity with basic networking, TLS, and PKI concepts.
Experience with Service Now Workflow Automation. Ability to drive simplification of processes and technology solutions.
