Service Now Administrator
Location:
Grand Rapids, MI
Duration:
Contract
Rate: DOE
U.S Citizen, Green Cards and EAD preferred. No sponsorship available for this contract to hire
Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for all operational support issues regarding Service Now instance used by internal and external parties.
- Provide direction and lead activities related to ongoing support and upgrade activities for Service Now instance.
- Serve as additional support resource for applications built on Service Now platform.
- Provide administrator functions related to day to day use of Service Now including: dashboard generation, user access management, maintenance of global data sets.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements.
- Implement changes according to the established Change Management Process.
- Experience with Service Now and related technologies in a similar capacity (5+ years).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Service Now Administrator certification is required.
- Service Now Developer certification is preferred.
- ITIL Certification is preferred
