Applied Innovation is looking for a dedicated Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service team. This role requires providing exceptional support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused and technically proficient.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule. We offer competitive benefits, including medical insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
