• Under minimal supervision, formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, develop or modify moderately-sized information systems, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic.

• Utilize research and analysis to define systems scopes and objectives for developing new or improving existing information systems.
• Perform business analysis, workflow analysis and optimization, work with users to define needs and document requirements.
• Collaborate with others to troubleshoot issues with existing systems.
• Remain current with business requirements and needs based on future industry trends and changes, and understand implications for existing technology.

• Required:
  
  Associate's Degree Technical school or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Required:
  
  2 years relevant experience in the field
• Preferred: 3 years relevant experience in the field
• Preferred:
  Experience in formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives
• Preferred:
  Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
• Preferred:
  Participation in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
• Preferred:
  Background in health care, sciences or information systems
