We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Veeam technologies to join our team. This role will be instrumental in building, implementing, and optimizing data availability and protection solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver robust environments that meet business and technical requirements.

• Building data protection and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam, VMware, HyperV, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess current environments and recommend improvements.
• Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Veeam within the organization and with clients.
• Stay current with Veeam product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex Veeam-related issues, acting as a liaison between the customer and Veeam support to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Act as the technical point person for MSP customer accounts, while partnering with Sales team to strategize account growth from a technical perspective.
• Responsible for developing documentation and technical materials related to MSP Data Protection services.
• Assist in developing best practices, templates, and reusable assets for Veeam deployments.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Veeam technologies.
• Veeam VMCE required, VMCA strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of backup, replication, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V), storage systems, and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with scripting (Power Shell, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with other data protection tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
