Project Manager - Services

Join Our Team as a Project Manager in Professional Services! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead and optimize our professional services projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring project success and client satisfaction through effective management and innovative solutions.

• Provide expert guidance in developing cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user needs.
• Develop and manage comprehensive work plans and schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems challenges.
• Design, analyze, interpret, and evaluate various reports and surveys, publishing results for both internal and external clients.
• Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) to guarantee data accuracy and validate reporting methods.
• Propose new or refined reporting methods to enhance content and information completeness.
• Assess data quality and functions to maintain robust reporting operations and documentation.
• Create and uphold effective processes for managing requirements and providing operational support.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile project methodologies.
• Active PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
