Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer (Part Time)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 3+ months

Remuneration: $67.00 - $72.00 per hour

This role will conduct classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, and at‑the‑elbow training, plus implementation support focused on Epic and other health systems. The trainer will develop and deliver audience‑specific curricula, manage training registration and completion, and provide travel‑related support as needed.

• Conduct classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, and at‑the‑elbow training with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems. Create and maintain project management documents, including work plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Participate in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; develop training program delivery strategies, test training environments, edit, assemble, and distribute course materials, and assist users with operational change management.
• Set up classroom training, manage delivery rosters, track completion, and handle related training logistics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with super users and maintain ongoing communication to ensure training effectiveness.

• Required:
  
  Associate's Degree
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Required:
  
  2 years of relevant experience

• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Tapestry Certified Principal Trainer

• Ability to operate in the gray space
