Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer (PART TIME ROLE)

Hybrid work model with potential on-site requirement on 9/1/2026 and a two-week period after Go Live.

This role will conduct classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, and in‑person training with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. The trainer will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience‑specific training, including traditional and computer‑based curriculum materials. The trainer will also help organize and report on training registration and completion. Occasional weekend training and day‑time or overnight travel may be required.

• Conduct classroom, one‑on‑one, virtual, and elbow‑training support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems.
• Create and maintain project‑management documents, including work plans, status reports and risk assessments.
• Participate in project teams to understand scope, implement training program delivery strategy, test training environments, edit, assemble, and distribute course materials, and assist users with operational change management.
• Set up classroom training delivery, roster management, tracking completion and related items.
• Establish relationships with super users and maintain communication to ensure understanding of training.
