* We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused
** Senior BI Analyst
** to support our Finance team and organizational leadership through data-driven insights and decision support. This role will be responsible for developing intuitive, self-service dashboards, building and maintaining core data sets, and partnering with finance and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate combines strong
** SQL and data visualization expertise
** with an understanding of financial and operational metrics. They will play a key role in designing scalable reporting solutions, supporting financial and strategic modeling initiatives, and ensuring leaders have timely, accurate, and easy-to-understand information to drive decision-making. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical data structures and business needs.
This position offers the opportunity to shape how data is leveraged across the organization, enabling better financial and strategic decisions through modern analytics and business intelligence solutions.
This will be a hybrid role, on site 1-2 days a week.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*
* + Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of business intelligence, analytics, or reporting experience in healthcare, including one or more of the following areas:
Clinical, Financial, or Operations.
+ Advanced SQL skills, including dataset development, data manipulation, and reporting.
+
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, iDashboards, and Excel.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare data, including inpatient, outpatient, and/or managed care environments.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
+ Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in accordance with departmental standards.
+ Analyze healthcare data to support quality, safety, operational, and strategic decision-making.
+ Perform forecasting, predictive modeling, trend analysis, and longitudinal cohort analyses.
+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, validity, and reproducibility across multiple data sources.
+ Maintain real-time dashboards, routine reporting processes, and data load workflows.
+ Create clear data visualizations and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
+ Review, test, troubleshoot, and document BI solutions and reporting systems.
+ Partner with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to understand business requirements and information needs.
+ Lead analytics projects and provide reporting support for enterprise and web-based applications.
+ Support the ongoing development and performance of the organization's central data warehouse and business intelligence environment
