We have a full time opening with our IT Help Desk. This person would be responsible for:

• Fielding/Closing IT Help Desk Tickets
• Windows PC Troubleshooting
• Network Printer Administration
• Software Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Network Troubleshooting
• New User/New PC Setups
• Various Other Network Administration and Programming Tasks

• Information Systems or Information Technology degree and/or certification.
• At least 2 years’ experience providing support to customers on IT related concerns.
• Be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel programs.
• Able to work in a team environment, have strong communication, problem solving and time management skills, a customer service mentality and aptitude with computers.
