Thrive is seeking a Client Support Engineer to be the primary onsite IT resource for a Grand Rapids client. You will set up iPads, configure user accounts, and manage device inventory while delivering real-time support for hardware and software issues in the client environment.
You will troubleshoot across devices and systems, coordinate with vendors, document actions in the PSA, and ensure SLAs and security policies are followed. Travel to satellite offices may be required.
