Acrisure is seeking a Junior Developer - Service Now on our growing team. The Junior Developer – Service Now is the technical owner of Acrisure’s Service Now environment. This role will support the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Service Now platform while working closely with senior developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.

• Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining Service Now applications, modules, and workflows.
• Create and modify forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Support development of Service Catalog requests, record producers, and automated workflows.
• Configure notifications, approvals, and integrations under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues.

• Monitor platform performance and assist with routine maintenance activities.
• Support Service Now upgrades and patch testing efforts.
• Document configurations, technical specifications, and development procedures.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, and best practice.

• Work with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with system administrators and other developers to delivery platform enhancements.

• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Follow change management and release management processes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and organizational standards.

• Basic understanding of Service Now platform architecture and capabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Service Now development and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Exposure to Service Now ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, or Service Catalog modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
