Job Description &
Skills Required:
- Project implementation, testing, creating user test cases, test result analysis/troubleshooting.
- Facets knowledge specific to enrollment and billing.
- Knowledge of electronic data transfers (i.e. 834, 820's.)
- Testing quoting and enrollment tools specific to benefits and rate updates and any new user interface functionality
- Testing upgrades to Facets billing/enrollment automation related to terminations and reinstatements.
