The Manager of Enterprise Data Solutions accountable for the development and execution of the credit union’s enterprise data strategy, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business initiatives. As product owner of the enterprise data platform, this role prioritizes and delivers solutions that drive measurable business value, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision‑making.

This position provides leadership across data strategy, product management, and platform governance to ensure data capabilities evolve with organizational needs. The Manager fosters adoption, supports enterprise priorities, and maintains a trusted data environment that enables business performance and strategic growth.

• Develops and executes a forward‑looking technology strategy for enterprise data, including data warehousing, integration, and emerging capabilities.
• Defines and evolves the architecture of the enterprise data platform to support scalability, self‑service analytics, and advanced data use cases.
• Evaluates and prioritizes technology investments based on platform strategy and business value.
• Stays current on industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive in data capabilities.
• Leverages AI and other automation tools to accelerate platform development, improve operational consistency, and keep enterprise data capabilities current.

• Owns the enterprise data platform roadmap, aligning capabilities to organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Partners with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high‑value data use cases.
• Maintains and prioritizes a centralized product backlog of data initiatives, balancing strategic investments with operational needs.
• Establishes and tracks success metrics such as adoption, usage, data availability, and business impact.
• Implements governance over intake, prioritization, and delivery to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and expected outcomes.
