Machine Technician Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Machine Technician Support Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI. This role will involve providing technical support and assistance to our machine technicians to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment.
Responsibilities:- Assist machine technicians with troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
- Provide training and guidance to technicians on proper machine operation
- Document all maintenance and repair tasks for record-keeping purposes
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
