Key ResponsibilitiesGrow new business by identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and converting leads to policies
Conduct consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Achieve and surpass sales targets to support overall agency growth
Stay current on products and compliance regulations
Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and sales planning sessions
Preference for 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Base salary with unlimited commission potential
