Supply Chain Manager High-Volume Manufacturing & SAP Implementation
Senior supply chain leader responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance, global sourcing strategy, and Tier 1 OEM customer engagement for high-volume autonomous supercapacitor manufacturing operations, including SMT production.
How You Will Do It- Build and execute supply chain strategies that support high-volume supercapacitor and SMT production while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead the end-to-end SAP ERP implementation across procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Drive measurable improvements in OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, and MRP accuracy using SAP analytics and KPI dashboards.
- Facilitate and continuously improve the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory targets, and financial objectives.
- Strengthen global sourcing resilience by identifying risks, qualifying suppliers, and implementing mitigation strategies for geopolitical, logistics, and reliability challenges.
- Serve as the primary supply chain interface for Tier 1 OEM customers, ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and delivery requirements.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of supply chain management experience in high-volume electronics or automotive manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience implementing SAP ERP (MM, PP, SD) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise supporting SMT production and leading SIOP/demand‑supply planning processes.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience working directly with Tier 1 OEM customers.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
