About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the supply and installation of specialty items for commercial construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong organizational and communication skills. You will manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with General Contractors, Construction Managers, Clients, and Architects to define project specifications.
  • Determine resource needs (labor, equipment, materials) while managing budget constraints.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with estimating: take-offs, vendor pricing, quote creation, and shop drawings.
  • Validate vendor pricing before contract execution and monitor quote expiration dates.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts alongside the General Manager.
  • Assemble submittals and coordinate physical sample procurement for architectural review.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used physical samples.
  • Review and respond to change requests with updated pricing.
  • Place orders or coordinate purchase orders with vendors; review and approve invoices.
  • Track shipments, inspect deliveries, and resolve issues with missing or damaged items.
  • Coordinate logistics between warehouse, field teams, and customers.
  • Communicate site coordination needs with other contractors (e.g., power, blocking).
  • Conduct site visits and field measurements when needed.
  • Provide closeout documentation: SDS sheets, warranties, maintenance plans, and install warranty letters.
  • Manage punch list and warranty-related work.
