The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring an Automotive Service Coordinator in Hudsonville, MI to dispatch emergency roadside calls and manage service for AAA members and fleet vehicles. This is an in-office, full-time role with a strict schedule and potential evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
You will use the dispatch system to locate member addresses, provide directions, and coordinate with drivers and contracted personnel while maintaining accurate records and handling payments as needed.
