The Auto Club Group in Hudsonville, MI is seeking an Automotive Service Coordinator. You will dispatch emergency roadside calls to members and fleet personnel, using radio, telephone or computer systems, and guide responders to locations while maintaining records and coordinating with drivers.
In this full-time, in-office role, you may also serve as a back-up driver to ensure timely service. A steady schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on demand.
