As a Supply Management Intern, you will support Steelcase Operations through meaningful project-based work while applying your academic learning in a real-world environment. You'll contribute to initiatives related to strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers, you'll gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact on the business.

- Analyzing supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, process improvements, and increased operational efficiency.
- Supporting sourcing and supplier management activities by partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Evaluating supplier performance, reliability, capacity, and risk factors to help ensure resilient and dependable supply chains.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to support strategic business initiatives.
- Managing project-based assignments focused on strategic sourcing, supply chain agility, cost management, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Presenting project insights, recommendations, and findings to Supply Management team members and organizational leaders.
- Building relationships with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and business partners to gain a broad understanding of Steelcase operations and supply chain strategy.
- Must be graduating Winter 2028 or Spring 2029.
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
