We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a 3rd shift outdoor position cleaning in our Ramp and surface lots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleaning and maintenance tasks.

• Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including restrooms, stairs, windows and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and recycling procedures.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and Gates.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests and assist with special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• The role will require working 3rd shift.
• Includes exposure to cleaning chemicals, the outdoors and potential physical exertion.

• Hourly rate: $16.00 per hour
• Health insurance and other benefits (if applicable).
• Paid time off and holiday pay.
