Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead large, long-term, high-visibility projects
. This role is ideal for a licensed Journeyman who has progressed from the field into senior project leadership and is comfortable managing complex work from preconstruction through closeout.

This position will initially focus on a major multi-year project, with expanded leadership responsibilities as additional work comes online.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects
• Manage schedules (CPM), budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Serve as a key point of contact with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and AHJs
• Ensure work complies with applicable codes, contract documents, and safety standards
• Identify risk, manage scope, and drive solutions to keep projects on track
• Support and mentor project managers and field leadership

• 10–12+ years of project management experience
• Active Journeyman’s license (required)
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, sequencing, and coordination
• Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Intelli Bid and Job Trac
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
