As a Construction Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of construction projects by developing and managing detailed plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance while proactively mitigating risks and addressing potential delays. Serving as a trusted liaison, you lead collaboration among clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, aligning operational execution with strategic goals.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance to drive successful execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure all milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders to provide progress updates, address challenges, and coordinate next steps.
- Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to align operational execution with strategic objectives.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently to ensure accurate documentation and minimize disruptions.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews to verify project deliverables meet specifications, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and promote a zero‑incident safety culture through regular site inspections.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records, including schedules, financials, and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of related post‑graduate experience in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
- Michigan Builders License required.
- Health and Safety training, including CPR/First Aid Certification and OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training required.
- Procore and Bluebeam experience (preferred).
