** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The Manager will serve as the technical and functional expert for our primary enrollment system. Your main duties will include:
Data Integrity:
Ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy within enrollment systems, specifically related to prospective student data and the overall admission funnel.
* Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare essential queries on admission activities, outcomes, and progress toward enrollment goals.
* Support & Training:
Serve as the primary liaison to enrollment management systems and users, assisting in the development of end-user processes, serving as the bridge between technical and the functional within Slate, and planning and overseeing end-user training.
* Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and current documentation for CRM processes.
* Serve as the technical lead for Slate integrations and source formats.
* Manages Slate user access and user onboarding & training.
* Assist with CRM maintenance, troubleshooting, improvement requests, and management of Slate ticket system.
* System Implementation and Improvements:
Collaborate on research and implementation of new Slate functionality and feature releases as they become available. Operate in alignment with university data governance.
* Tests and authenticates changes to the database, reports, or other technical functions as required.
* Assists with technical development and compliance for online applications.
* Provides additional support for admissions and recruiting processes, events and other recruitment functions.
* * Bachelor’s degree or higher*
* * Prior experience in admissions, outside sales or territory management preferred.

* * Technical Knowledge:
* Strong functional understanding of CRM functionality, student recruitment life cycles, and admission processes. The ability to build queries/reports is preferred.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, a proven ability to think critically, and a keen attention to detail.
* * Autonomy:
* A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.
* * Communication:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of training and supporting users of varying technical abilities.
* * Integrity:
* Ability to handle and manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

* Education and Experience:
*
* * 2-3 years of experience in higher education CRM (preferably Technolutions Slate) required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
