What’s Your Day Like?

As the Full‑Time Shop Manager at Community Automotive Repair, you will oversee the service advising and technician teams. You’ll lead sales and production shop‑wide. You’ll focus on processes within our automotive repair shop to deliver repairs and services to our customers. Your leadership will ensure that workflow is optimized to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently. You will be responsible for managing the shop’s budget and profitability, making strategic decisions that drive financial success.

Additionally, you will take charge of administering and training staff on our procedures and core processes, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Your role includes managing the equipment, facility, and supplies, ensuring that our shop operates smoothly and is well‑equipped to deliver top‑quality automotive services.
