RN Supervisor – Westside Health Center (OBGYN) | Cherry Health

Welcome to Cherry Health - video about Cherry Health

The RN Supervisor at Cherry Health’s Westside Health Center provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the OBGYN and Family Practice department, with additional collaboration across clinical and Family Practice services. This role is ideal for an experienced OB nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic ambulatory care environment and is passionate about developing newer staff while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Reporting directly to site leadership, the RN Supervisor oversees a growing team of 4 RNs, 3 Medical Assistants, and 3 OBGYN providers. With many newer team members, this leader will play a key role in redeveloping and strengthening the team—fostering mentorship, accountability, and a culture of clinical excellence.

The RN Supervisor ensures annual competencies, vaccine management compliance, clinical training support, performance oversight, and appropriate staffing coverage, while also remaining actively engaged in patient care workflows when needed. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask effectively—managing staff, patient needs, and organizational priorities without losing focus on leadership responsibilities.

  • 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • Prior OBGYN experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop newer clinical staff
