• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, occasional evening/ weekends
• Day shift, typically 9a-5p

• Organize, schedule, direct and supervise the Environmental Services Team Members:
  Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance
• Serve and mentor others to serve residents with patience and dignity
• Coordinate and assist with routine maintenance, upkeep and repairs on all dwellings, grounds, systems, equipment and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment for compliance with safety regulations
• Manage inventory, supplies and equipment for maintenance, housekeeping and laundry departments
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safe layout of facility, maintenance barn, utility rooms and storage areas.
• Exercise grace and love interacting with fellow staff, residents, their families and visitors

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a supervisor role, showing strong leadership abilities and willingness to lead by example
• Schooling and/or official training in advanced maintenance duties preferred
• Familiarity with MIOSHA and other safety requirements and practices
• Preferred 3 years of experience in maintenance for residential and/ or commercial environments
• Knowledge of record keeping, cost estimating, supplies and equipment used to manage a residential and/ or commercial environment such as boilers, compressors, generators and various mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ability to train, coach and motivate direct reports
• Willingness to learn and use online staff scheduling program
• Take pride in producing high quality handiwork
