The Senior Director of Solution Development, North America is a pivotal enterprise leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and executing the strategic direction of Dematic’s solution architecture across the region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, engineering excellence, and commercial impact—driving differentiated customer value while enabling Dematic to achieve ambitious Order Intake (OI) and profitability targets.
As a senior executive and trusted advisor to the AMCS Leadership Team, internal business partners, and key customer stakeholders, this leader brings deep strategic insight, strong consultative influence, and executive‐level communication to every engagement. The Sr. Director plays a critical role in elevating the team, driving consistency, and market effectiveness of the Solution Development function—positioning Dematic to win more complex, higher‐value opportunities in a rapidly evolving automation landscape.
This role leads a highly multidisciplinary organization spanning Solution Consulting, Mechanical and Controls Engineering, Operations Planning, Solution Concepting, and Proposal Development. Together, the team delivers scalable, high‐quality, and executable solutions that strengthen customer trust, improve win rates, and enable long‐term profitable growth.#
