Re New It by Kurtis is seeking a hands‑on Construction Project Manager to lead kitchen and bath remodeling projects from field measure through final completion. This role blends technical expertise, field leadership, and customer communication to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and at a high standard of craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do- Conduct field measurements, verify product selections, and create detailed work drawings and material lists.
- Review scope of work, contracts, and plans prior to project start to ensure job readiness.
- Lead pre‑construction meetings with homeowners and installation teams to align expectations.
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, permits, and inspections.
- Manage multiple active remodeling projects simultaneously.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor quality, schedule adherence, and craftsmanship standards.
- Communicate daily project expectations and ensure labor and materials are job‑ready.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to protect timelines and margins.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations.
- Process change orders and maintain awareness of job costs.
- Conduct punch list reviews, final walkthroughs, and secure completion sign‑off.
- 4+ years of project management experience in cabinetry installation or residential remodeling.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, construction sequencing, and installation processes.
- Ability to read plans, take precise measurements, and anticipate challenges.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing professionalism.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a production environment preferred.
