Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Grand Rapids that are seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains in production.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of CI initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
- Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across facilities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB).
- Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and drive measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills to influence and train at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certification in a recognized Change Management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical programming (R, Python).
- Experience integrating CI principles with Industry 4.0 initiatives (e.g., IoT, automation, AI).
- Prior experience leading CI initiatives in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
