Fox Audi Porsche is seeking a Brand Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive the growth of our Audi and Porsche brands. In this onsite role, you'll combine your passion for luxury automobiles with proven sales leadership to deliver exceptional results. You'll be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed targets, while creating an environment built on enthusiasm, respect, and teamwork.

What would you do as a Audi Porsche Brand Manager

As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will center on leading and growing the sales team while ensuring a premium customer experience. Key duties include:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on Audi and Porsche customers. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to help each team member reach their potential.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve dealership targets, including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, customer retention, and profitability.

Customer Experience Oversight: Ensure a consistent, high-level luxury customer experience across all interactions. Work closely with the brand management, marketing, and service teams to align sales initiatives.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. Prepare reports on KPIs and sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaboration & Brand Promotion: Partner with marketing and brand teams to plan campaigns, events, and promotions that drive engagement and sales. Represent Audi and Porsche with professionalism to customers, vendors, and the community.

You will also manage relationships with external partners and vendors, maintaining professional communication while upholding the brand's reputation. Your role will require regular reporting on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed, all while fostering a fun and energetic workplace culture.
