Xtend is seeking a Member Service Team Lead to supervise the day-to-day work of Member Service Representatives and Senior MSRs. You’ll act as a liaison to Contact Center management and support coaching, scheduling, reporting, and training initiatives.
In this role you’ll ensure adherence to procedures, handle client communications with professionalism, and mentor new agents while coordinating staffing to meet service levels.
