Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually
Toyota of Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced express technician that takes pride in their work to provide an exceptional guest experience to lead our express team. If you are a leader of people and looking for advancement in your career this is the home for you. You as a leader will set the examples for the members of your team.
Requirement:- 2+ years experience in express technician role
- Possess the tools and ability to provide general vehicle maintenance following Toyota's processes
- Be responsible for team production to ensure Toyota's commitment to an under 1 hour wait time
- Ensure express team is following Toyota's processes and providing quality and consistent service
- Train, mentor and develop current and newly hired team members
- Become a role model to help shape the careers of your team members
