The Practice Administrator oversees daily operations, financial performance, and team development to ensure an exceptional patient experience, operational efficiency, and practice growth.
Lead daily practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, meetings, inventory, ordering, reporting, and training.
Monitor market trends and implement business strategies to improve performance.
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, billing oversight, and asset management.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve performance and patient service goals.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and safety standards.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
2+ years of healthcare office management or related leadership experience.
~ Experience in practice growth, strategic planning, and marketing.
~ Strong financial and operational management skills.
~ Experience building relationships with referral sources, payers, and key stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements.
Patient-focused with a commitment to team development and customer service.
Ability to travel between locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Directly supervises office staff and oversees scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operations.
Work is performed in a clinical/office setting and may require travel between locations. Standard office equipment and computer systems are used regularly.
