Overview
This position installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and plant systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Evaluates and tests machinery and equipment to maintain proper operation.
- Troubleshoots and repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new modifications.
- Assembles, installs, and maintains plant systems (electrical, pneumatic, cooling, hydraulic, etc.)
- Repair and maintain physical building structures.
- Sets up and operates machine tools as required to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
- Assist in the set-up of equipment and molds as requested by the shift supervisor.
- Maintains 5S standards.
- Ability to utilize computer software.
