Operation of various machines. Follow all daily operation processes. (start / end of shift procedure)
Core Responsibilities Primary Duties Machining- Able to turn machine on/off
- Able to load / unload machine
- Understand and perform basic tool adjustment
- Perform basic tool changes
- Complete and fill out daily tool activity log
- Meet production requirements
- Leave machine RTG (ready to go) o Daily/Weekly maintenance o Housekeeping/Cleanliness
- Cross train within multiple Machinery: CNC, Vertical CNC, Robotics, CNC Swiss, Assembly
- Basic blueprint knowledge
- Understand and use basic Gages or measuring equipment
- Understand the quality system and enter data into the Inspection System
- Pan to Pan Inspection
- Reduce number of failures by understanding failure modes and auditing excessively during processing.
- Removal of daily scrap produced
- Shift Communication
- Basic Computer Skills
- Job card entry
- Lift maximum 35lbs repeatedly
- Bend frequently
- Stand throughout shift
- 4-day work week
