Position OverviewWe’re excited to welcome a dedicated Metal Fabricator / Roll Form Operator to our production team! In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate roll-forming and tube-mill equipment to produce high-quality metal components. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure we deliver outstanding products to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities- Set up and safely operate roll-forming and tube-mill machinery.
- Monitor equipment cycles and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect materials and finished products to meet specifications.
- Interpret job travelers, blueprints, and production instructions.
- Load steel coils and feed materials; cut and deburr tubes to required lengths.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and elevate issues as needed.
Full-time, first-shift position
- Standard schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
- Opportunities for optional overtime to support production demands
- Enjoy a consistent schedule with a three-day weekend every week!
Required:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a solid work history
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with TIG welding, fabrication, or sheet metal
- Familiarity with calipers, gauges, or other measurement tools
- Experience operating machines or performing quality inspections
