Monday – Friday 3:30pm-1:00am – training on day or split shift preferred

! Our client is growing and adding skilled CNC Machinists to their team!

This is a direct hire CNC Lathe Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

• Interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to guide machining operations.
• Prepare, program, and run Hurco and Mazak CNC lathes to manufacture precise components.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to verify that all finished parts adhere to strict specifications.
• Identify and communicate concerns regarding material quality or unusual production issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including preventative checks and changing coolants and filters.
• Keep work spaces and equipment organized and clean to promote efficiency and safety.

• 2-5 years of experience in setting up and programming CNC lathes, with proficiency on Hurco machines; familiarity with DMG Mori or Mazak equipment is beneficial.
• High school diploma required; additional training from a vocational program or apprenticeship is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to machine metal parts with extremely tight tolerances, maintaining precision within thousandths of an inch.
• Solid foundation in basic mathematics, supporting accurate measurements and calculations.
• Physically capable of handling materials up to 50 lbs. and comfortable working on your feet for long shifts.
