Temporary (Full-Time) Production Worker
(90-day contract with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate)

We are currently seeking three (3) motivated and dependable individuals for a Temporary Full-Time Production Worker position in our Production Department (90-day contract with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate).

As a member of the Production team, you will have the opportunity to help create Josh’s Frogs’ specialty bio-bedding and dry goods. Primary responsibilities include measuring, mixing, and packaging products. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping create new products, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• This position requires the use of a respirator, as well as completion of respirator fit testing and respirator safety training, in accordance with OSHA standards.
• $16.00/hour Starting Wages

• Measure, Mix, and Package Products:
  Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect Products for Quality:
  Review finished goods to verify they meet company specifications before packaging and shipment.
• Label and Prepare Orders:
  Accurately label and prepare products for distribution, including FBA and third‑party shipments.
• Maintain Documentation:
  Record production data, update spreadsheets, and assist in creating or revising SOPs and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support FBA Fulfillment:
  Assist with palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and staging shipments, as well as producing items needed to complete orders.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Self‑motivation and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• A sense of urgency and the ability to complete assignments efficiently without compromising quality
• The ability to successfully complete and pass respirator fit testing
• Adherence to the respirator clean‑shaven policy, ensuring a proper skin‑to‑mask seal in accordance with safety requirements
• Special consideration is given to those with:
• Previous production experience
• Assembly line experience
• High volume, batch production following an ingredients list of recipes
