Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Night Shift (Wyoming Bakery)

Join our team at Wyoming Bakery as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician on the night shift. This on‑site role follows a two‑week rotating schedule of 12‑hour shifts (5:45 PM–6:00 AM). Training begins on the first shift for the initial 60–90 days.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $40.89
• Retention bonus: $2,500

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain equipment and amplify PLC knowledge—alternate between troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on‑the‑spot machine repair, focusing on PLCs.
• Analyze conditions and provide solutions—identify and examine equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and repair electrical and mechanical systems using PLC programming.
• Prioritize innovation and communication—seek ways to improve plant efficiency, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain open communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High school diploma or GED.
• State or local electrical license or journey card (or will have one at time of hire).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior‑based safety systems.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and undertake repetitive tasks throughout the day; can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• PLC experience.
