Schreiber Foods - - Responsibilities:
Verify ingredients and batch records before weighing and measuring;
Weigh and measure ingredients using computer-aided software and load into blender in specified order;
Maintain and clean equipment and work area following 5S standards;
Identify and manage allergen separation and ensure GMP compliance;
Complete required paperwork and shift communications including batch logs and work orders
