Assemblers and Loaders

Our client, an industry leader in office furniture manufacturing, is seeking assemblers and loaders. The ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

KENTWOOD, MI

Pay Range: $

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shifts

What's the Job?

• Assemble office furniture components according to specifications
• Using basic hand tools
• Lift up to 45 pounds for assembly, up to 75 pounds for loading
• Ensure quality standards are met during production
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Excellent attendance
• Previous work experience/solid work history
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work mandatory overtime including Saturdays
