Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Schedule: 9/80

Compensation: $33.5 - $47 / hour

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets technical specifications, terms, and documents.
• Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

• Assemble electronic sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing work instructions.
• Perform all product build processes and work on any product directed by management to meet business needs.
• Manual and automated underfill, bonding, and staking.
• Touch‑up and application of conformal/Parylene coating.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Work on Windows‑based programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 8 years of electronics manufacturing experience or 4 years with an Associate's or similar 2‑year degree.
• Associate Degree.
• Experience with IPC A610 and JSTD 001.
• General knowledge of Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with team members.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving techniques.
