What You’ll Do:

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Consistently meet production targets and quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards

Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup

Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment

Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Perform other departmental duties as assigned

About You:

Professional, courteous, and reliable – even under pressure

Committed to achieving production goals

Punctual with strong attendance

Preferably has manufacturing or production experience, but not required

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
