SPINDEL Electronics is seeking a mechanically and electrically skilled Production Technical Lead to support the assembly, wiring, configuration, and quality control of high-frequency drives and related subassemblies.

This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who is comfortable working with tools, reading schematics, assembling electrical and mechanical components, and helping keep production organized and efficient. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can troubleshoot basic assembly issues, and is comfortable working closely with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and testing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, wire, configure, and test high-frequency drives and related subassemblies.
  • Perform component installation, product soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly according to production specifications.
  • Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate assembly records, work logs, inspection notes, and quality documentation.
  • Identify and communicate defects, inconsistencies, or production issues during the assembly process.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure smooth workflow and quality control.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory, stocking raw materials, and keeping the production area organized.
  • Support continuous improvement in assembly processes, documentation, and production efficiency.
  • Provide guidance or support to other production team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in electronics assembly, electrical/mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, or a related manufacturing trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and production instructions.
  • Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic shop equipment with precision and safety.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to organized documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic assembly or production issues.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or production lead experience is a plus but not required.
