Position: Manufacturing / Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Shift: Full Time, 2nd Shift
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
  • Manages overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
  • Responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices.
  • Staffs, trains, and develops team members.
  • Adheres to labor and OPEX budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience and 2-3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Preferred

    Education and Experience:

    • Master's Degree.
