Production Associate - Finishing (We'll Train You!) 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Overtime Opportunities

WhatYou'll Do
- Feed books/signatures into machine
- Develop a thorough understanding of job specifications and production documentation to ensure accurate setup and execution.
- Pack books into cartons
- Set up, operate, and monitor collating equipment to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Perform efficient job changeovers and make‑readies to maximize machine uptime and production throughput.
- Safely move materials/books to and from workstation
- Perform hand operations as required
- Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
- No bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, workplace, and safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math skills, add/subtract, and ability to use a measuring device.
- Basic problem‑solving skills.
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements.
- Take pride in doing quality work.
- Show up reliably and work well with a team.
- It's a plus if you have Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
On your feet for most of the shift
