Trojan Technologies Assembler - Onsite in Grand Rapids, MI

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly activities as outlined in Standard Work Documents.
• Read and interpret work instructions, labelling requirements, engineering drawings, and part/BOM specifications.
• Identify non‑conforming components with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities in own area and support company‑wide initiatives.
• Perform other job activities as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Aptitude for assembling complex equipment and strong hand‑tool knowledge.
• Commitment to attendance and productivity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or weekends may be required.

Physical Demands:
Routine walking, standing, sitting, stepping up or climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and crawling. Ability to use hands and fingers to reach, grip, hold, feel, or operate objects or equipment, computer keyboards, and tablets. Routine lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to forty pounds without assistance.

Compensation range: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
