This is a permanent, direct‑hire opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, deployment, and execution of annual CI/OE plans, ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy, plant‑level objectives, departmental goals, and frontline daily management systems.
  • Serve as the site’s Lean/continuous improvement subject matter expert, coach, and implementation leader across all levels of the organization.

  • Facilitate targeted improvement events and cross‑functional projects focused on improving flow, reducing waste, increasing throughput, improving process stability, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify high‑value improvement opportunities, build clear business cases, track progress against key objectives, and ensure effective countermeasures are in place when gaps are identified.
  • Train, mentor, and coach leaders, supervisors, CI champions, and frontline employees in Lean thinking, problem‑solving, and sustainable continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8+ years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environment.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System, Hoshin Kanri, Daily Management, Kaizen, A3, 5S, TPM/OEE, visual factory management, and structured problem‑solving tools.
  • Experience leading major change initiatives, facilitating improvement events, developing internal CI capability, and delivering measurable performance improvement.
